Hundreds of UK troops join exercise on the ground in Estonia

Estonia’s Defence Minister says Europe is facing its most serious threat in thirty years, as hundreds of UK, Estonian and French troops conduct cold weather training exercises.

Cross-continental diplomacy has been taking place despite the tensions, with Vladimir Putin and Emmanuel Macron meeting in Moscow, and the US and German leaders having talks at the White House.
