Westminster Accounts: ‘Hard to argue’ some MPs are putting their duties before their second jobs

Chairman of the Committee on Standards in Public Life Lord Evans has told Sky News that MPs should be given “indicative” limits on how much time to spend on their extra-Parliamentary roles.

Lord Evans praised the “valuable” work by Sky News in the Westminster Accounts project which has spent the last 7 months examining the role of money in politics, in an interview with our deputy political editor, Sam Coates.
