Former co-star denies Sharon Stone’s claims she was told to sleep with him

William Baldwin has hit back at Sharon Stone over her claims she was asked to have sex with the actor by a producer – and threatened to tell “the many disturbing” stories about her.

The 66-year-old award-winning actress claims film producer Robert Evans – who died in 2019 – told her to sleep with Baldwin to improve the chemistry on the set of their 1993 movie, Sliver.

Stone had first referenced the claims in her 2021 memoir without revealing any identities.

But she told the Louis Theroux podcast Evans was “running around his office in sunglasses” and said “I should sleep with Billy Baldwin, because his performance would get better.

“If I could sleep with Billy then we’d have chemistry on screen, and if I would just have sex with him then that would save the movie, and the real problem with the movie was me because I was so uptight.

“The real problem was I was such a tight ass.”

Baldwin, 61, posted a response on X, formerly Twitter, and said the story about the meeting “I had with Bob Evans” to “choreograph the final sex scene” is “absolute legend”.

But he added: “Not sure why Sharon Stone keep [sic] talking about me all these years later?

“Does she still have a crush on me or is she still hurt after all these years because I shunned her advances?

“I have so much dirt on her it would make her head spin but I’ve kept quiet.

“Wonder if I should write a book and tell the many, many disturbing, kinky and unprofessional tales about Sharon?

“That might be fun.”
